How We Manage Projects
A successful project is the result of collaboration between the Find8 team and you. We can't deliver a successful website for your business without your help! Every Find8 web project includes weekly status meetings, so we can ensure that we are always on the right track to a timely completion. Our status meetings are designed to fit into your schedule: we can meet in person, over the phone, or online using Go2Meeting - whatever works best for you!
From Ideas to Implementation
All good websites start with brainstorming and idea generation, so that's where we start too. We set up 8 strategic milestones at the beginning of each project, starting with "Discovery" and taking us all the way through "Deployment." These milestones let us clearly mark each phase of the project so you can always gauge how close your website is to completion.
Staying on Track
The other key to a well-managed project is Basecamp. Basecamp is our project collaboration tool, facilitating communication amongst all individuals involved in a project. You'll be able to see the designers and producers interact and keep an eye on to-do lists and milestones, making sure that each phase of the project reaches completion on schedule. This tool is also what we use to communicate with you about anything the website might need, like photos or information about your business that only you can provide. Between Basecamp and your weekly status meetings, you'll be surprised at how quickly your site can get launched!
